Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the terms of subscription and payment for paid subscriptions offered by Amine Serra (micro-entreprise), publisher of Takalamu, on the takalamu.com platform.
2. Offers and Pricing
Takalamu offers the following plans:
- Free: limited access to the first content of each circle
- Premium monthly: unlimited access to all content, renewed monthly
- Premium 6-month: unlimited access to all content, renewed every 6 months (preferential rate)
Current prices are displayed in euros including tax on the Pricing page. Takalamu reserves the right to modify them at any time, with no effect on current subscriptions.
3. Subscription and Payment
Subscription is done online via the platform. Payments are processed securely by our provider DodoPayments, acting as Merchant of Record: as such, DodoPayments collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes for your country, on behalf of Takalamu. Takalamu never has access to your complete banking details.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
The subscription takes effect immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing date. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You retain access until that date.
No pro-rata refund is made in case of cancellation during a period.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, distance contracts normally carry a 14-day withdrawal period. However, the Premium subscription is a supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, whose performance begins immediately after payment. By ticking the box provided at the time of subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the content and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L.221-28 (13°) of the French Consumer Code. No refund can therefore be claimed on this basis. For any question, write to us at [email protected].
6. Service Access
The Premium subscription gives access to all educational content: all circles, all lessons, all exercise types, the complete spaced repetition system, and future content updates included in the subscription.
7. Mediation
In case of a dispute not resolved by our customer service, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator's contact details will be provided upon request at [email protected]. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
